Who needs a job?

          Those who want to be practical, those who want to put their thinking into action,those who want to be a part of the leading industries in the world and above all those who want to serve their family and the nation need jobs.

Is getting a job difficult?

          No for those who have confidence and those who know that they are the best one and those who have a better communicating skill getting a job in the campus interviews is not at all difficult. Getting a job is not difficult to even those who don’t have a good cgpa and good physique. Getting a job is not difficult for those who have good seniors like us to guide them. Getting a job is difficult for those who lack the above said essential qualities for acquiring a job.

What you have to do for getting a job?

For those who don’t have good language background: -
          Try to talk in English for an hour every day when you are free or the best thing to do is to communicatewith your friends who have good communication skill. Guess the questions that can be asked to you in the interview and try to answer those questions. If you don’t know any fancy words than leave it. All the interviewers need is what you say should reach them they don’t need any sophisticated words to satisfy them.

For those who have stage fear?
          Why to fear. You are the most capable person in the world. The company is not doing any favor to you by recruiting you . The company must be really gifted to recruit a person like you. Still do you have any fear? If yes than simply think that you are talking to your friend or a member of your family and talk.

For those who don’t have good problem solving power?
          If you are not good in solving problems than you have to work hard to improve it. All you have to do is to study the following books

1.Sakuntla Devi puzzles
2.R.S.Agarwal(for quantitative aptitude)
3.C pointers by Yashwant Kanitkar.
4.Any books for learning the basics of networks, os and graph theory.
5.if you are a non-Cs student than you can learn the books to refresh your basics.
6.you should also recall the details about the projects you have done.

After going through the above books you have finished your warmup. Now you have to solve the problems in the sample papers of the tests conducted during the previous years, which can be got from your seniors .Now you are ready to face the race, which is not as much complicated as you think but at the same time you should not have over confidence.
